Daniel 8:10, 11Revelation 13:6
"And it waxed great, even to* the host of heaven; and it cast down some of the host and of the stars to the ground, and stamped upon them. Yea, he magnified himself even to* the prince of the host, and by** him the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of his sanctuary was cast down." "And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven."

Compare
Daniel 8:10, 11 Revelation 13:6
"The host of heaven" = "Them that dwell in heaven"
"His sanctuary" = "His tabernacle"

The "prince of the host" is Jesus. The "daily" is His mediatorial work. The "stars" symbolize His heavenly assistants.

"He blasphemes them that dwell in heaven by assuming to exercise the power of forgiving sins, and so turns away the minds of men from the mediatorial work of Christ and His heavenly assistants in the sanctuary above." Uriah Smith, Daniel and the Revelation, p. 571.
